After reading the book “Memoirs of a Geisha” and watching movies by Akira Kurosawa, Hayao Miyazaki and the classic “Lost in Translation” , I learned to appreciate sushi and saki. Exploring Japan and learning the patience of how to take care of bonsai is on my wish list. Im fascinated by the two extremes that Japan is, the honour and traditions vs the modern lifestyle of its youth and its world leading technology.
